These Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdviChat (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure.
2. Educational Purposes Only – Not Financial Advice
Exactus Wealth AI, LLC operates an educational website that uses artificial intelligence to help users explore answers to complex, multi-step financial questions. These questions and answers are designed to support users in better understanding their options and building a more informed financial plan.
Exactus Wealth AI, LLC, is not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Broker-Dealer, tax preparer, law firm, or fiduciary under any state or federal regulations.

Exactus Wealth AI, LLC©, AdviChat©, and related logos, names, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Exactus Wealth AI, LLC. You may not use any of our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our prior written permission.
You may not copy, modify, scrape, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service or Content. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties under U.S. copyright law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and other applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exactus Wealth AI, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your reliance on any educational information or outputs provided by the Service.
Users assume full responsibility for their own financial decisions. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In no event shall Exactus Wealth AI, LLC’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Exactus Wealth AI, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to:
(a) your violation of these Terms,
(b) your misuse of the Service, or
(c) your reliance on any output or information provided by the Service.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
